Where do we make our cupcakes?

Low Country Cupcakes are baked out of a sanitary homestead kitchen in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina.

Do my cupcakes need to be refrigerated?

Your bouquet or box of cupcakes does not need to be refrigerated. You can leave them at room temperature for up to 3 days in an airtight container but out of sunlight. You can also put them in an airtight container in the refrigerator but it might dry them out. However, they freeze beautifully in an airtight container for up to 2 months. It’ll take about two hours to defrost them.

Do we cater for events and weddings?

With advanced notice we offer limited availability to cater larger events and weddings. Please email cupcakesbyesimone@gmail.com to get in touch.

How do I transport my bouquets?

Bouquets are delivered in a cake box but without a lid. While transporting, keep the box on a flat surface in your vehicle, not on your seat to ensure the box won’t slide. Turn the A/C on if it’s hot outside, the buttercream will melt otherwise. Do not leave in your vehicle for extended period of times.

Do you ship cupcakes?

The cupcakes are not able to be shipped due to how fragile they are.

Am I able to cancel/modify an order?

Once your order is placed, all orders are considered final. Any requests for modifications, please message me to see if I am able to accommodate any changes.

Do you require full payment before pick up?

All orders are required to be paid in full at time of order. Weddings and other larger orders do require a 25 % non-refundable deposit upfront to hold your date.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept PayPal, Applepay and Zelle.

Are you available for last minute orders?

No, that is not possible since I make everything to order.

Do your cupcakes contain nuts?

There are no nuts in the ingredients I use. However, my kitchen is not a nut free facility. Although I do take precautions to avoid cross-contamination, I do not recommend consuming them if you have a severe nut allergy.

Are Low Country Cupcakes gluten free?

Low Country Cupcake cake flavors are not gluten free unless you specifically order the vanilla gluten free flavor. Low Country Cupcakes is not a gluten free facility, so please indulge with caution if you hav a severe gluten intolerance or allergy.

What kind of buttercream do you make?

I make American Buttercream from scratch. The ingredients include real butter, vanilla extract and powdered sugar. The buttercream is sweet but also delicious.

How long can I expect to wait to hear back after requesting an order?
